Twist & Shout Exhibition
Contemporary Art Exhibition by Japanese Artists held at Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, Bangkok in November 2009. The project is organized by the Japan Foundation, Tokyo-Bangkok.
We were in charge of coordinating the exhibition and assisting artists to produce their work in Thailand such as Lieko Shiga, distinctive young female photographer, Izumi Taro (Installtion) and Amemiya (Performance/Video Installation).
Lieko Shiga spent 3 days in March 2009 to research and spent 2 weeks in August to produce her photography work. The project is called "Blind Date" inspired by young motorbike couples in Bangkok. Shooting took place in both Bangkok and Hua Hin. All 100 couples on motorbike had been taken and 1 blind couple is our main conceptual picture. Thanks to all models for their cooperation.
